Simply in Present Moment
We always hear from many sources that we should live in
present, forget past and not to worry about future. So we all know about
it but still find it very difficult to achieve.
Small kids are the best example of living in a present moment. They always
enjoy each and every moment of their life to the fullest. They are the
real stress busters. But there is a catch in this! They live in a present moment by default. They
don't have to do much about it. They are by default in a present moment
and the reason is simple they don't carry any baggage of past memories
neither they worry about their future. One thing we all have observed is
that kids always tend to learn new things as they see. They judge the
things which is new to them and grasp it with utmost speed. They learn
so quickly because they never had any memory attached to the things they
are learning nor they know its implication in future. They effortlessly
grasp new things as much as they can.
On the other
hand, we adults try very hard for living in present moment because we
connect every moment of life with either past memories or its relevance
to future and we get stuck. The moment our memory get erased from our
mind we automatically come to present moment as these kids are. But that
sounds weird and also hard to achieve.
So the
solution is nothing but to start learning new things about which we
does not have any memory attached. This will automatically bring us to
the state of present moment. This is the moment of bliss. It will also
lead to improve concentration and clarity of thoughts. Moreover it will
also help us to put down the baggage of memories at least for sometime
and be in a present moment.
One of the great example is Albert Einstein.
His genius genes weren’t just limited to physics and mathematics, but he
is also known for his love for music. In his own words, “Life without
playing music is inconceivable". Albert Einstein was a great Violin
player and the rest is history.
"Invest yourself in learning new things which will feed your soul - the returns are immeasurable"
So beautifully explained..Yes, absolutely agreed, involving ourselves into learning new things will definitely help us to live in present. The bits and pieces of those present moments will be collectively termed as 'Future'.
